International shipping Policy

USPS just started scanning all packages received on 03/29/2011.
However understand some still are missed.

Customs tracking number is issued when we print the shipping label
All International orders are shipped insured.
We get a physical post office stamp showing they received the package and also showing they shipped the package.

We do not collect any customs fee in our cart.
You will be need to pay those when you pick up the package.


Any issues check with your customs dept in your country before you contact us.
Allow 7 to 14 days for package arrive.
If its has not arrived then check with you customs dept in your country, "the customs number will be in the email we sent you".
You may have customs fees to pay

Understand once the package leaves the USA we just lose all control, we can not say how fast you will receive your package.

We have to wait 45 days from the date label is printed to file a claim if package is lost or not received.

Steps to file a claim:

A copy of the original invoice to the consignee or EBay end of auction as proof of value. ( We provide this )

We need this from you:

A signed letter from you stating the following:
Date the package was mailed.
Invoice or auction number.
Description of shipment, (i.e. 4 Pier 1 wine glasses).
If loss, state parcel never received, if damage, state description of damage and if repairable.
Signature and date.

You can email this as a scan image to us or fax it to us.
