We have a thirty day return policy.

1. Products must be in new resaleable condition ( Unused ) Product Packaging must be undamaged.
   
   
2. Any Item returned with damaged packaging will incur a $5.00 service fee
   
   
3. Note:  For worn items.
   
   If product has been worn we can't resell them.
   In this case we will act as Spenco Medical Corp agent to accept your return.
   Returns must be approved by Spenco Medical Corp before you can return them.
   In some case Spenco will want you to return the item to them, especially if item is defective.
   Send us an email telling us your problem and we will get back to you on what to do.
   We do not want you to spend unnecessary postage, most items will not need to be returned.
   
   
4. Ensure the box you use to return the product will stand up to abuse during shipping, as it will get abused. Do not use envelopes for returns unless your product is flat.
   
   
5. We recommend all packages be shipped insured.
   
   
6. Any package that appears to be damaged that is not stamped insured will be refused and returned to you. If we receive a insured damaged package we will notify you and you must file the claim. "Only the shipper can do this". Refunds will be placed on hold during the claim process.
   
   
7. UPS insures all package automatically up to $100.00 and USPS insurance is $1.30 for $50.00 & $2.20 for $100.00. If you choose not to insure the package, you assume the responsibility.
   
   
8. Email us to request an RMA# stating the reason you want a refund.
   We will issue your RMA# and upon return of the product we will refund your money less any shipping charges.
   
   (Note: RMA# are issued only by email do not call us.)
   
   Note: If you received free shipping on your order we will deduct the base shipping fee of $5.55 or actual shipping fee from your refund.
   Sorry we must do this to limit abuse.
   
   ( We don't refund shipping charges).
   
   
9. The RMA# must be on the outside of the box or it will be refused and returned to you.
   
   
10. Who pays shipping? It's simple, if we make the mistake we pay, if you make the mistake you pay.
    
    
11. All products are guaranteed by the manufacturer. We will be happy to act as their agent concerning any warranty issue.
